We typically deliver to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Asia and the middle east. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country or not, you can always contact us.

Yes, all orders include a tracking number by default.

If your coupon isn’t working, it is most likely expired or invalid. Feel free to contact us and we’ll check if the coupon is valid or not.

Delivery time is typically 15-35 days.

Yes, within 14 calander days from the moment you recieve it (according to the receiving date that appears on the delivery’s tracking number information), unless it says otherwise on the product’s page. 

Please note that you must return the item in its original package, and you have to pay for the shipping yourself. The item must be wrapped in a bubble wrap.

If you’re required to pay customs clearance a fee in order to recieve your parcel, those charges are for you to pay.
